SketchStory Privacy Policy

SketchStory is designed for families and children. Privacy is a core part of the app. This policy explains what information SketchStory uses and how it is handled.
1. Data Collection
SketchStory does not collect personal data. We do not create user accounts, do not track users, and do not send your stories, prompts, or images to our servers.
2. Offline by Design
SketchStory is built to work offline. Story generation and image understanding features are intended to run on-device using Apple Intelligence capabilities.
3. Images and Stories
If you choose to use drawings or images, they are stored locally on your device as part of your story data. You can delete generated content at any time from the app settings.
4. Permissions
SketchStory may request access to:
- Camera: to capture drawings or images for story inspiration.
- Photos: to select existing drawings or images from your photo library.
These permissions are only used for the features you choose to use and are not used for tracking.
5. Third-Party Services
SketchStory does not use third-party analytics, ad tracking, or remote profiling services for your personal content.
6. Children and Family Use
SketchStory is intended for parents and guardians to create stories for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Data Control
You remain in control of your generated content on your device. You can remove stories and images from within the app using the reset/delete options.
8. Policy Updates
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
